Refund Policy

This Refund Policy was published on September 29, 2025.


This Refund Policy is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Subject to applicable law and the provisions of this Refund Policy, you may be eligible for a full refund within 14 days following the day of your first purchase, provided that the reasons for the refund do not contradict the Policy terms set out below.

No refund will be issued after 14 days have elapsed since the purchase date.

No refund will be issued if the user has lost their login and/or password.

A refund cannot be issued to a user if the reasons for the refund are completely beyond our control. In particular, these include (without limitation):

  • You do not have Internet access;
  • You do not follow the instructions of our customer support team via email or during a telephone call;
  • You refuse to accept our technical assistance;
  • Personal reasons (for example, I’ve changed my mind, I’ve made a purchase by mistake, the Services were not used, etc.).

We do not accept refund requests based on individual (subjective) reasons or where the Product does not match the technical capabilities of the Client’s environment. If you believe that, for some reason, you deserve a refund, please contact our support team by email: support@seeklab.ai.

All refund requests must be submitted by the person who originally purchased the Product. All refunds are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 19:00 (GMT+2). To receive a refund, please contact our support team by email: support@seeklab.ai
