At the time, there was no high-quality solution available on the market, so the team decided to build one themselves.
November 2024. The development of the first version of the AI-powered search module for e-commerce began. The team validated the hypothesis quickly and thoroughly.
July 2025. Text, voice, and image search went live on the Intimo.ua marketplace. Within the first few months, the number of search sessions on the platform increased by 46%, and search started generating approximately 26% of the company's revenue.
Challenger Accelerator. Participation in a startup accelerator program gave the company a new boost for growth. After successfully completing the accelerator, the team launched services for AI-powered product descriptions optimized for SEO, GEO, and AEO, a personalized recommendation system, purchase prediction tools, and an AI agent capable of enhancing or partially replacing a customer support team.
